Many are those who described Kwame Owusu Fordjour, better known as ‘Dr UN’, as one of the greatest conmen in the history of the country, having called himself a diplomat and a global ambassador with a doctorate degree that has its veracity as questionable as his personality. But then, contrary to the accounts given by many against the Awards scheme by ‘Dr UN’, Kwame A-Plus has a different perception about the sham Global Blueprint Excellence Awards, and so then would have been counted amongst the known victims of this Award scheme had he been called.

According to the Ghanaian Hiplife artiste, he wouldn’t have paused in indecision, nor delayed to go in for the Award had he been nominated.

Speaking on UTV Showbiz with Nana Ama McBrown, he recounted how people where trolled during that time, when the issue cropped up, and, regardless of the humiliation, confessed he wouldn’t have been left of the hook had he been called.

“Truly, Dr UN, just that I wasn’t called. Had they called me, I would have gone for it,” the comedian cum musician confessed.

He made reference to the dignitaries who were deceived by the Award scheme and so then, he wouldn’t have been an exception, acknowledging how it was put up and done.

He stated blatantly, “Let’s be truthful, something which was organized for which Speaker of Parliament and others… how the thing was done, they just didn’t call me. I would’ve gone for the thing,”, adding that some people, haven been fortunate not to have been trapped by the sham, are making noise that they can’t be pulled a fast one on.

From the narration of the genesis of ‘Dr UN’s awards scheme, through to its supposed affiliation with the UN and Dr Kofi Annan as well as the questionable credentials of the initiator, Dr. Kwame Owusu Fordjour came off as someone who was unto something big and so big was his scam.
Dr. UN, as he is popularly called, managed to pull this off in Accra last Friday, August 28, 2020, when he lined a group of Ghana’s highly accomplished professionals and handed them ‘fake’ awards.
