The Church Of Pentecost Adansi Asokwa Prayer Camp, Helped Renovate Adansi Asokwa KG Building and Rededicated

The Church of Pentecost Nationwide has taken it upon themselves to assist nations, communities as well as societies with some needful social amenities in honour of their theme for the year Possessing the Nations. Just to list but a few here in Ghana they have built some classic prisons, police stations, schools, clinics and many more. Their contributions to the nation building is pragmatically effective and beneficial.

With this, COP – Adansi Asokwa Prayer Camp led by Elder Joseph Kwasi Ampong and prayer team as well as Rev Kennedy Eshun (District Pastor) have helped renovate Adansi Asokwa Kindergarten three classroom blocks. According to the Headmaster of the school, Elder Emmanuel Assefuah, the KG classrooms were in a very deplorable state and so they needed immediate help. The classrooms were dusty, the roofing sheets leaked, the outer and inner side of the the school building were disgusting and this scared school children from coming to school most often.

In a lovely manner, the school authority sought help from CoP Adansi Asokwa Prayer Camp led by Eld JK Ampong together with Rev Kennedy Eshun (District Pastor) and the entire Prayer Team and they agreed to help renovate the school. They gave an amount of Ghs 5120 to help renovate the three classroom structure. Currently, the classrooms are neatly plastered, painted and the roofs fixed and they are now pleasant to study in them.

Speaking at the rededication service, the Assemblyman for Adansi Asokwa Community, Mr Mohammed was very excited about the project and asked the church authorities to add more if they have the means. He said that this is not the first time that The Church of Pentecost and The Prayer Camp is doing something of this sorts for the school and the Asokwa District. He mentioned the bus stop terminals in Asokwa and other projects pending. He commended the District Pastor, Rev Kennedy Eshun and Eld JK Ampong (Prayer Camp Leader) for their wonderful work done.

Moreso, the Headmaster took it upon himself to commend and bless Eld JK Ampong and the Prayer Team for such a wonderful work done. He also added that Asokwa Prayer Camp recently helped build urinary room for the school and went ahead to furnish the school offices with swivel chairs as well as buying jerseys for the school. He addressed the gathering that Eld JK Ampong and the prayer team have really supported the welfare of the school for so many years even before this time. He blessed the entire workers of CoP Adansi Asokwa Prayer Camp and prayed that the Lord would bless them exceedingly. Moreover, he requested that the school will need chairs for the kids to sit on to study.

Also, the Director of Education for Adansi Asokwa District, Mr Owusu was overwhelmed with the project and said that CoP Adansi Asokwa Prayer Camp have remarkable history at the education office for always helping the school in times of need. He was much excited and so gave a powerful citation to the prayer camp as taken by Eld JK Ampong.

Gracing the occasion were Asokwa School Authorities, PTA chairman and reps, the Assemblyman and Unit Committee members, Rev Kennedy Eshun (District Pastor), Elder JK Ampong and the entire Prayer Team (Elders; John Mensah, Emmanuel Owusu Akomeah, Daniel Owusu, Abraham Adonteng, Christopher Kusi Appiah, Deacons; Samuel Fayah, JK Assani, Bro Samuel Ansah).

In all, the school authority were much excited and prayed for more of this support. They commended the church and the prayer camp for such wonderful work done and also prayed that the Lord will replenish their lost. Oliver Twist

Finally, Rev Kennedy Eshun preached, prayed and blessed the gathering and gave an assurance that the church has water project at hand to build for Asokwa community and it will surely be done in the due time.
